When two teens were killed on the on the freeway in a seemingly chainsaw related accident, it caught the eye of former Texas Ranger Lieutenant 'Lefty' Enright. The uncle of Sally and Franklin, victims of the Leatherface and his family, he has spent years hunting down this chainsaw murders.

Lucky for him, the death of these teens was recorded by a local radio station. Lefty recruits the help of the disc jockey 'Stretch' to lure these twisted cannibals out of hiding. He then waits for his chance to follow them back to hell and punish them with his own armory of chainsaws.
